St. Paul’s offers a variety of worship services throughout the week with different formats to
appeal to the great diversity of its people.
8:00 AM Holy Eucharist Rite I: Traditional language, KJV, and homily. We also have a Rite I service at 10:30 AM on the second Sunday of every month.
10:30 AM Holy Eucharist Rite II: Modern language, choir, sermon. During this service, children ages 3-10 have the option of attending Children’s Church. Children's Church is a wonderful opportunity for children to experience the Liturgy of the Word in an easy to understand, story format. Children ages participate in a number of ways, such as listening, responding to story, song, and prayer, and participating in art activities. During the 10:30 AM service, children leave the church after the Hymn of Praise and follow the cross to Children's Church. Children are escorted into church at the time of the Peace to join their families for Communion. (Please note: On the second Sunday of each month, our 10:30 AM service is the more traditional, Rite I Holy Eucharist)
Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday
Centering Prayer is held in the Sanctuary on Tuesdays at 6:00 PM, Wednesdays at 10:15 AM, and Thursdays at 9:00 AM. If you need to “increase the peace” in your life and allow yourself a safe and holy space to hear God’s still, small voice,
Centering Prayer is probably for you.
A Compline service is held on Wednesdays at 7:00 PM. A pre-service meal is served in the Parish Hall at 6:00 PM prior to the service each week.
Throughout the year there are many special worship programs, such as the Blessing of the Animals, a Christmas/Epiphany Pageant, Holy Week services, Faithful Departed, and much more.
